Safe Conversations is a methodology for creating connections beyond differences. As a certified Safe Conversations Dialogue Trainer, Cherri works with groups, businesses and organizations of all sizes to support participants in gaining relational competency into consciousness so it becomes a way of being in the world. Created by internationally recognized relationship experts and therapists, Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt, the Safe Conversations Dialogue process teaches us how to eliminate negativity and our fear of differences, to connect deeply to the world around us, to be curious and respectful of others’ differences, and appreciate each of our uniqueness in this world. The Safe Conversations Connecting at Work program includes data dashboards to track relational capacity growth and skills to sustain the use of Safe Conversations as a tool for organizational success.
