  • Build healthier workplace cultures that support trust, teamwork, and employee well-being.

  • Design and facilitate meetings, retreats, learning collaboratives, and community conversations.

  • Develop accessible training, curricula, tools, and other learning resources.

  • Create more inclusive ways to engage communities, partners, and the people most affected by decisions.

  • Support public health and community health initiatives through facilitation, technical assistance, policy translation, and systems thinking.

  • Recognize domination-based patterns and develop practical pathways toward partnership-based organizational and systems change.

Engagements may be short-term or extend over time and are available virtually or in person.

Why Compassion Breaks Down Under Pressure

Most of us have experienced moments when compassion slips away—a difficult conversation, a tense meeting, or a relationship that suddenly feels harder than it should.

In this presentation, CJ explores why that happens—not as a personal failing, but as a biological and cultural response to the conditions we're living in. Drawing on Dr. Riane Eisler's Cultural Transformation Theory, participants discover the domination–partnership lens, learn the four-step Partnership Pause, and leave with practical tools for strengthening connection—even during challenging moments.
